- What does 'per host' pricing mean?
- Each host account has its own subscription. The Starter plan at ₹499/month allows 1 property, while the Growth plan at ₹899/month allows up to 3 properties. If you have multiple hosts managing different properties, each host needs their own subscription.
- What happens after the 7-day free trial?
- After your free trial ends, your selected payment method will be automatically charged. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
- Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time to list more properties. Your existing data, bookings, and settings will all be preserved.
- Can I upgrade from Growth to Enterprise?
- Absolutely. Contact our sales team and we will help you transition seamlessly. Your existing data, bookings, and settings will all be preserved.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Both the Starter and Growth plans can be billed monthly or annually with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans may have custom terms based on your needs.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI autopay, and net banking through Razorpay. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
- Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount on both plans. Starter drops to ₹399/month (₹4,788/year) and Growth drops to ₹719/month (₹8,628/year).
- Does Lushla take a commission on bookings?
- No. Lushla charges 0% commission on all bookings for both hosts and guests. Unlike platforms like Airbnb (3% host + 14-16% guest fees) or Booking.com (15-25% commission), Lushla operates on a flat subscription model. You pay a fixed monthly fee and keep 100% of your booking revenue.
